MAGIC MINUTE // The honest feedback I received from a trusted friend really affected me!
I’d spent years compiling everything I’d learned about overcoming public speaking fear into this hefty draft and all I got from him was: “It’s pretty big… a lot of good things in there… but your chapter summaries are longer than your chapters!”
That draft languished in a cupboard for ages!
Yet, the idea never left me, because, for thirty years I’d been guiding countless fear-filled people from ‘I can’t’ to ‘I now can!’ in my 8-week, panic-free public speaking course.
Here, I’d keep shoring them up as they cast off their fears, till they could believe in themselves and speak with confidence!
