MAGIC MINUTE //Leanne simply couldn’t believe it.
The powers that be had rejected her fervent desire to become a physiotherapist.
They’d somehow deemed she simply didn’t have what it takes.
But she knew different and was determined to follow her dream whatever the obstacles in her way.
Her long haul to acceptance began by teaching small children to swim, for this was related to Physiotherapy in many ways.
Years went by for her pathway took many turns; aged care, nursing aid, registered nurse, and finally intensive care.
She now works as a senior nurse in the ICU unit in one of Melbourne’s prestigious teaching hospitals.
So don’t give up on your dreams, for others have no idea what you’re really capable of.
